BOUNCE Approach®
Practitioner Programme
Become a Practitioner
Stop managing behaviour. Start seeing it.
Every dysregulated system is trying to tell us something.
A BOUNCE Approach Practitioner® understands that behaviour is not the problem – it is information.
Rather than asking, “How do I stop this behaviour?”, they learn to ask, “What is this child communicating?”
Through the six pillars of the BOUNCE Approach®, practitioners learn to see beyond the behaviour and understand the needs underneath it – body, connection, sensory differences, emotions, communication, and identity.
They know what to look for.
They know what to wonder about.
And they have the tools, resources, and support to respond with confidence.
Because when needs are understood and met, children are better able to regulate, connect, learn, and thrive.
The BOUNCE Approach® Practitioner Programme helps you understand, support, and empower every child and young person you work with – now and in the future.

From there you’ll understand what the results may be telling you, revisit the relevant learning, explore what this pillar looks like in everyday practice, and choose practical strategies that match the child’s current needs.

“Really useful and I’m looking forward to introducing new practice based on this within our school for children with severe and complex needs.”
“This is a brilliant course. It has helped me so much with my job as an INA, but also as a parent and an autistic myself. There are many more courses I am going to do to help reinforce this and install what I have learnt here. Highly recommend this course!”
“This course is amazing. A plethora of knowledge. Thank you for such a wonderful work.”
