The Practitioner Programme
Become a BOUNCE Approach® Practitioner
A BOUNCE Approach® Practitioner is someone who understands children through the BOUNCE Approach® and confidently translates that understanding into everyday practice.
Rather than relying on one intervention or strategy, BOUNCE Practitioners learn how to understand what may be sitting beneath behaviour, identify individual needs, plan meaningful support, measure progress and adapt their approach as children develop.

Building Your Confidence, Step by Step
The Practitioner Programme is designed to build your confidence gradually. Rather than completing one long course, you’ll work through manageable learning that connects directly with the BOUNCE Framework and specialist courses.
Learn the BOUNCE Framework
Develop a secure understanding of:
Nervous system regulation
Attachment
Sensory processing
Emotional development
Communication
Identity
These six pillars become the foundation for everything that follows.
Learn to Apply the BOUNCE Approach®
You’ll explore how the framework translates into everyday practice. You’ll learn how to:
Look through the complete BOUNCE Lens
Understand children’s experiences
Observe with curiosity
Build consistent support around the child
Understand Individual Needs
You’ll learn how to use:
BOUNCE Snapshots
Editable support plans
Review processes
to understand what each child may be communicating and identify where support is most needed.
Plan and Deliver Support
You’ll develop confidence to:
Choose appropriate specialist approaches
Adapt support to the individual child
Differentiate in the moment
Work collaboratively with families and professionals
Review progress regularly
Rather than asking, “Which intervention should I use?”
You’ll learn to ask, “What does this child need right now?”
Measure Meaningful Impact
Confident practitioners don’t simply deliver interventions. They review them. You’ll learn how to:
Establish meaningful baselines
Review progress over time
Evidence impact through Snapshot data
Reflect on what is helping
Adapt support when needed
This ensures decisions remain guided by children’s experiences rather than assumptions.
