Practitioners then apply their knowledge to begin assessing, planning, and supporting children and young people. Their training and Snapshot assessments help identify which pillar to focus on first, with access to training, tools, and downloadable resources to guide the process.

Practitioners then run another Snapshot to understand how the child is doing now. The results provide a current picture of strengths, needs, and areas of concern, helping practitioners decide what to focus on next and adapt support accordingly.
