Learn the BOUNCE Framework
Build the foundation.
Develop a secure understanding of the six developmental pillars that underpin the BOUNCE Approach®:
Body & Nervous System
Openness to Connection & Attachment
Understanding Sensory Differences
Navigating Emotions
Connection & Communication
Esteem & Identity
These become the lens through which you understand behaviour, relationships, learning and wellbeing.
Think Like a BOUNCE Practitioner®
Learn how to think, not simply what to do.
Move beyond theory and begin applying the BOUNCE Approach® in everyday practice. You’ll learn how to:
Look beneath behaviour with curiosity
Recognise patterns rather than isolated incidents
Understand children’s lived experiences
Identify barriers to learning and wellbeing
Make informed decisions with confidence
Rather than asking, “What’s the behaviour?”
You’ll begin asking, “What might this child need right now?”
Deliver Universal Support
Build strong foundations for every child.
Confidently deliver the BOUNCE Learning Journeys – a complete 12-month alternative PSHE curriculum that develops regulation, relationships, emotional understanding, communication and identity.
You’ll learn how to adapt delivery for different ages, developmental stages and individual needs while creating safe, engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
Assess, Notice and Review
Understand what is changing.
Use BOUNCE Snapshots throughout the year to:
Identify strengths
Establish meaningful baselines
Recognise emerging needs
Monitor progress over time
Evidence impact
Inform next steps
Assessment becomes a way of understanding children, not simply measuring them.
Choose the Right Support
Respond with confidence.
As your knowledge grows, you’ll gain access to an expanding library of specialist courses, creative interventions and practical tools. Rather than collecting activities, you’ll learn:
When to use an approach
Why it works
Who it is appropriate for
How to adapt it for the individual child
Every intervention is viewed through the BOUNCE Approach®, helping you respond with confidence rather than guesswork.
Deliver Targeted Intervention
Know what to do when children need more.
When universal provision isn’t enough, you’ll be ready to deliver structured interventions, including the 12-week BOUNCE Programme, using the same developmental framework you’ve built from the very beginning.
Because every programme sits within the same approach, support remains consistent, relational and child-centred.
Continue Growing
Keep developing your practice.
Becoming a BOUNCE Practitioner® isn’t the end of your learning – it’s the beginning. Continue building your expertise through:
Specialist CPD
New intervention training
Creative resources
Implementation guidance
Supervision and reflection
An expanding professional resource library
As the BOUNCE ecosystem grows, your knowledge, confidence and practice grow with it.
