ADHD is not about lack of effort, motivation, or boundaries. It reflects real differences in how the nervous system notices, responds to, and recovers from the world. When we stop trying to fix the behaviour and start understanding what’s underneath it, everything shifts.

This training explores how capacity and cumulative load shape what’s possible in any given moment — and why the same child can manage something on Tuesday and fall apart trying on Friday. You’ll learn why that inconsistency isn’t defiance. It’s a nervous system that’s reached its limit.

Using The BOUNCE Approach®, you’ll explore practical anchors that help the nervous system return to regulation — through the body, connection, sensory support, emotional awareness, and esteem protection. The goal is not compliance. It’s regulation, learning, and genuine connection.
