The BOUNCE Approach® Lens
Navigating Emotions.
Curiosity Instead of Judgment.
Some children explode before they know what they’re feeling. Some feel everything, intensely. Some seem to feel nothing at all. Many genuinely cannot name what’s happening inside them – not because they won’t, but because they can’t yet sense it.
Emotions begin in the body. Before a child can name a feeling, they have to notice it – the racing heart, the heavy chest, the knot in the stomach. The goal isn’t emotional control. It’s emotional literacy.
