They highlight strengths, patterns and priorities, and can be repeated to show what is changing over time.
Once the picture is clearer, we can decide what support to put in place.
We created Provision Mappingto turn Snapshot assessment into a plan
It takes what your Snapshot is showing and connects it to the support you are putting in place.
From the map, you can open the relevant training, lesson plans, resources and interactive tools in the Learning Portal.
Because the plan stays linked to the Snapshot, you can repeat the assessment and see whether the provision is making a difference.
