Where content has been produced by guest speakers, partner organisations or independent contributors, copyright remains with the original creator and is made available within the Portal under licence.
Resources are provided solely for use within the scope of the membership purchased.
Without prior written permission, Portal content may not be:

- distributed beyond the permissions granted by your membership

The BOUNCE Approach® is a registered UK trademark owned by Child Therapy Practitioners Limited.
Membership provides access to licensed learning materials only.
Membership does not grant permission to:
- reproduce the trademark
- create derivative training
- market services using the BOUNCE Approach® name
- develop commercial products using the BOUNCE Approach® brand
Separate written permission is required for any commercial use of the trademark.

- Multiple named staff users.
- Internal sharing of Portal resources between licensed staff.
- Use with pupils, service users or clients supported by that organisation.
- Internal staff development and CPD.
Not permitted
- Sharing resources outside the named organisation.
- Allowing external organisations access.
- Distributing resources to partner organisations.
- Rotating staff accounts to exceed the purchased number of licences.
- Commercial resale or redistribution.

- Multi-setting Adviser Membership
Who this is for
This membership is designed for professionals and services who support multiple schools, settings, organisations or families as part of their role.

If you work across more than one organisation or setting, this is the correct membership.
Permitted use
Named adviser(s) may:
- access the full Learning Portal
- use Portal resources across every school, setting, organisation or family they actively support
- share licensed resources with those supported settings as part of their advisory or consultancy role
- support implementation of the BOUNCE Approach® across multiple organisations
- use resources during consultancy, coaching, mentoring, modelling, supervision and implementation support
- allocate the included Family Membership licences as part of the purchased package
Included Family Memberships
Each Multi-setting Adviser Membership includes the number of Family Membership licences included within the purchased package.
These licences:
- may be allocated to families supported by the adviser or service
- must not exceed the number included within the purchased package
- remain linked to the purchasing organisation while the subscription remains active
- may be reassigned once a family’s access has ended
Not permitted
This membership does not permit:
- resale of Portal resources
- transferring adviser licences to another organisation
- creating unrestricted copies of Portal resources
- reproducing Portal content within another commercial platform
- creating derivative training using Portal materials
- sharing adviser accounts with individuals beyond the number of adviser licences purchased
Licence scope
This licence covers the named adviser(s) and allows them to support multiple schools, settings, organisations and families throughout the subscription period.
There is no limit to the number of settings or families that may be supported, provided the number of adviser licences purchased accurately reflects the number of advisers requiring access.
Account Access and Monitoring
Memberships are granted to named individuals or named organisations and may only be used in accordance with the purchased membership.
Sharing login credentials outside the permissions of your membership is prohibited.
For Team Memberships and Multi-setting Adviser Memberships:
- user accounts must represent genuine named users
- accounts must not be repeatedly rotated to avoid purchasing additional licences
- organisations are responsible for managing staff access when users leave
We reserve the right to monitor:
- login activity
- downloads
- account usage
- account changes
Where misuse is identified, we may:
- require the purchase of the appropriate membership
- invoice the difference in membership fees
- suspend access
- terminate membership without refund where misuse is deliberate or repeated
Upgrading Your Membership
If your role or intended use changes, your membership must be upgraded.
Examples include:
- a Family Membership being used professionally
- a Professional Membership expanding to a whole team or organisation
- a Team Membership expanding to support multiple organisations
- an individual professional beginning to support multiple schools, settings or families in an advisory or consultancy capacity
