Introduction to Snapshots
Simple two-minute tools that help professionals notice emerging patterns in wellbeing, regulation, and learning access — and respond before difficulties escalate.
Snapshots are structured, two-minute reflection tools designed to help professionals pause and consider what may be happening for a child or young person under current expectations and support. The aim is not to label or diagnose — it’s to notice patterns earlier, before difficulties escalate into something harder to address.
Used regularly, Snapshots help you reflect on whether existing support is working, adjust provision and interventions based on what you’re actually seeing, and track change over time with repeat observations. They provide a clear, evidence-informed basis for decision-making — so the right support reaches the right child at the right time.
