Wellbeing through Art
This relaxed, inclusive expressive arts circle has been created to provide adults who support children struggling with emotional dysregulation a safe space to creatively explore their feelings, process any overwhelm, and feel supported through the practice of expressive art.
It is a guided session incorporating meditation, breathwork, artwork, bilateral integration, EFT/Tapping, and self-exploration. The session is not recorded, and there is no expectation to share experiences – it is guided by the circle.
Materials needed
🎨 Water colours
📄 Water colour paper
🖌️ Paint brushes
🖼️ Collage material (old magazines, stickers, etc.)
💨 Hairdryer (to dry the paint)
🧴 Glue (to stick the collage material down)
🖊️ Black pen
