What People Say About Us

How lucky was I to come across your page on Facebook? I can not recommend you’re services enough.
My daughter instantly felt safe with you and I could see just after the consultation session that she trusted you, which I believe is the first and most important step to seeking help.
You have not only helped my daughter come through what was a very very rough patch but the whole family have reaped the benefits from the therapy provided.
You’re kind, caring and professional skills really shone through and my daughter after only 3 weeks is now on her way back to her bubbly, confident, gorgeous teenage self.
Not only has her mood shot up but her self esteem, school work and family relationships have greatly improved. The skills you have taught her I hope she will use for the rest of her life not just her teen years! I may also use a few of them too.
We really are truly appreciative of everything you have done in such a short space of time.
Now it’s time to enjoy, live in the moment & breathe 🙂
Coaching Services, Parent

The Restorative Approach to Conflict resource has helped me identify my own conflict style which kept me safe, but not learning or growing.

I would often succumb to other people’s wishes because of not being able to find my own voice.

It has also made me aware of what kind of people I seem to attract into my life due to familiarity and what the outcome of that collaboration tends to be. I am also much quicker now at identifying the conflict style of the person that I am in exchange with and what we are co-creating together.

Knowing which position I am coming from and which position the other person is coming from helps me be more aware about the direction that the interaction is going and what are my choices to help it move in the direction of a more collaborative exchange.

Most of all I needed to learn what my needs were and find my voice to be able to express them clearly, calmly, and with more confidence. I am recognizing now that my needs matter as much as the person who I am in exchange with.

I also recognize that I have a choice now over how I express those needs. I am embracing a sense of playfulness to be able to expand my repertoire of expressing those needs in the future.

Thank you, Tracy for creating the resource and creating a positive impact in my life.

Tracy has created a super safe space where it’s OK to explore, learn and share challenges that having an amazing neurodiverse child might bring.  There are not many of these spaces out there, and mainly one feels separate from or isolated as one’s beloved has a story, different from one that society expects.  She softens the tough edges and offers and demonstrates practical suggestions and tools to try out with your young person.  My daughter is not yet in a better place but I know I can ask Tracy for support whilst we get to a better place.  Many thanks Tracy & CTS.

PDA Coffee Mornings

Over the past few years I have attended training sessions and coffee and chats in person and on Zoom led by Tracy.  These have been invaluable.  Tracy shares her vast knowledge in an accessible way.  She helps me to know that I am not alone in my struggles, and she provides training to help ourselves and our neuro divergent children.  The wealth of resources on her website is outstanding.  And new resources continue to appear!  I often recommend Child Therapy Services to other parents because I find it so useful.  She deserves a medal for the work she is doing.

I am not sure how I would have survived the last year without the help and understanding that I received and I continue to receive from Child Therapy Service. It allowed me not just to understand my own son’s struggles but my own childhood struggles that I never really fully addressed. I am so grateful to have met Tracy Chadwick who helped me to rebuild my sense of trust and inner power to make all the changes that I needed to do and wanted to do but was too scared to do it. With strategies suggested by Tracy and her caring attitude I am improving my own mental emotional social health as well that of my son. Thank you Tracy for being you and all that you do to increase awareness as well create a positive impact on the people that you meet. For that I am forever grateful. 🙏♥️🌍

The Bounce Activation Scale, Jane H

After several years of being on high alert for my children, after the sessions I feel calmer and more able to cope with matters that would usually cause a lot of stress.

I am calmer and more balanced and more me.

I am amazed at the impact your techniques have had on my life.  My job is very stressful. I have difficulty in dealing with stress and letting go of my anxieties.  I regularly do bilateral eye movement, tapping and grounding and these techniques have significantly reduced my stress levels.  I work with children with anxieties and I practise the same techniques with them to reduce their stress levels.
I look forward to our ‘Finding Balance’ sessions and afterwards I feel fantastic; clear headed, re-energised and anxieties lifted.  I have recommended your website to several colleagues.
Thanks for your advice, and your genuine care and concern about our lives.

I signed up for these sessions unbeknown to what it was actually going to entail but thought to myself, it’s 4 sessions over 4 weeks, if I just attend then it’s a bit of me time. Let’s just say, 4th session in and wow did I need it and wow do I need more!!
I feel on the 4th session, I felt at ease to express my emotions. I felt settled with the group and it was powerful. I find it hard to ‘let go’ but with Tracy’s calmness and understanding, I was able to become aware of my emotional energy and I am definitely starting to ‘find balance’.
The evening sessions work great for me and I love being able to access the resources whenever I want  as sometimes you’re not always able to remember every detail.
I have learnt some good tools that I can help my children with.
Sign up – you will not regret it 💜
