Welcome to our Individual Coaching sessions.

These sessions are for the child or adult and offer an alternative to talk-based CBT, benefiting those who are unable or unwilling to verbalise their overwhelm and simply desire freedom from it.

The techniques used are tailored to the client, utilising specific or mixed methods as needed.
