This learning pack is ideal for an assembly, lesson or therapeutic session. This resource has been created to help children understand their emotions can be controlled. Initially, exploring each part of the brain – then as situations come up, ask them “which part of your brain is in charge?”. Is it the emotional part? Or the rational part? For those children who are in a state of survival – a therapeutic approach is essential.
