Outline:

This social skill assessment visual target pack, has been created to give the facilitator a visual aid, to go with the identified areas of need from the social skill assessment.   It has been adapted, so that it meets the needs of all children.

Objectives:

• To understand specific targets
• To have a visual aid that can be used in different contexts
• To have a tool to remind the child during a session of their target – without interrupting the group
