Outline:
This assessment tracker has been created – to give the facilitator a tool to identify any barriers to a child’s social skill development and thereafter, provide a focus for the intervention. It can be used as part of the intervention, as a tool to monitor progress in the session – or as a mid-term or final assessment tool.
It works in correlation with the CTS Assessment Tracker. Ideally, the Assessment Tracker is completed first – this will identify the need for further social skill development.
Objectives:
- To identify barriers in a child’s social skill development
- To provide focus within the social and emotional skill intervention
- To monitor progress of the intervention
