This resource has been created to promote a sustained experience of emotional health for young people. It has a CBT approach, whereby changing mood – through changing behaviour/actions. We can’t alter how we feel – by doing things the same way. What is great about this approach, is it’s systematic in nature. You can’t argue with patterns of behaviour 🙂 #neurodiversity
