Welcome to the Interactive Yoga Pack! What I love about these resources – is how versatile they are. They are great as a simple warm up activity prior to an intervention – or as a cool down. Simply, click on a number and follow the guidance! Children love being able to select number they like – or activities they are drawn to from previous sessions. A great addition to any mental well-being initiative!
