Description
Welcome to the Bounce Display Bundle
The Bounce Display Bundle has been created – to give the child visual aids in helping them link the scale to practical strategies and vocabulary.
This amazing bundle provides you with everything you need to create an emotional regulation display that links to classroom tables and individual coping strategy packs (zip bags are great).
How to use the Bundle:
- Print off and laminate for durability
- Present display so that children are able to independently access the strategies provided (pegs are great for this!)
- Use the laminated strips for each desk #inclusion
- If a child struggles with too much choice – create an individual zipped bag with strategies the child knows and can use independently in class
The objective of this framework, is to provide an emotional regulation tool to enable children to regulate their emotions without having to remove themselves from the classroom. If a child begins to wobble, co-regulate with them using the strategies.
Ideal Classroom Environment
This display bundle has been designed to provide a natural, reduced sensory demand resource.
To encourage this further please consider:
- Natural colours throughout the room to reduce visual overload
- Hessian display backgrounds – avoid lots of colours
- Fidget aids – learn more about which type here
- Natural lighting (turn off overhead lights when possible)
- Brown noise played in the background to reduce sound sensitivities (see Professional Membership)
