  • “The effectiveness of grounding techniques for children with anxiety disorders: A systematic review” (2022) by Riyanto, Sulistiowati, and Imelisa. This study reviewed 10 studies that investigated the effectiveness of grounding techniques for children with anxiety disorders. The results showed that grounding techniques were effective in reducing anxiety symptoms in children.
  • “The use of grounding techniques to reduce anxiety in children with autism spectrum disorder: A single-case study” (2021) by Codding, O’Malley, and O’Donnell. This study investigated the effectiveness of grounding techniques in reducing anxiety in a child with autism spectrum disorder. The results showed that grounding techniques were effective in reducing anxiety symptoms in this child.
  • “The impact of grounding techniques on anxiety in children and adolescents: A meta-analysis” (2020) by Steffen, Bartlett, Channell, et al.
