These approaches provide an alternative to talk-based CBT, benefiting those who are unable or unwilling to verbalise their overwhelm and simply desire freedom from it.

The techniques used are tailored to the client, utilising specific or mixed methods as needed.

The best thing about our approach is that we teach the child the techniques, so that they can independently apply them whenever they need to.
