There are many training options – available live and recorded, to give flexibility over staff timetables. For intervention training sessions (e.g., Lego Therapy) – resources are included in the package.

Professional coaching is available to staff members that need tailored training opportunities. This might be beneficial to NQTs that have a high ratio of neurodivergent SEMH students – or support staff, that have a small group of high need pupils and looking at ways to re-engage them back into the classroom.
