PROVISION OBJECTIVES:
- To provide the child with tools and training to enhance their ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team setting.
- To offer resources that focus on improving communication skills, emphasising active listening and constructive expression of ideas within a team environment.
- To teach strategies for problem-solving within a group, fostering the child’s understanding of how to contribute and collaborate to find solutions.
- To establish guidelines that encourage co-operation and mutual respect among team members, emphasising the importance of valuing everyone’s contributions.
- To engage the child in structured group activities or exercises that encourage teamwork, problem-solving, and collaboration, gradually developing their comfort and skills in working with others.
